1. Is Bonavita furniture available through outlets or on-line? Can we buy directly from Bonavita?
-Bonavita furniture is only available at select specialty retailers. For a retailer in your area, please feel free to use the Store Locator.

2. When should I move my child out of the crib?
-The recommended age to move a child from a crib to a toddler or youth bed is when the child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (90 centimeters).

3. What is a Bonavita 3in1 crib?
-The Bonavita 3in1 cribs converts from a crib to a toddler bed (with the use of a guardrail (sold separately)) to a day bed.

4. What is a Bonavita Lifestyle® crib?
It converts from a crib to a toddler bed (the guard rail is included on select models and it is the easiest conversion system - just remove and replace 4 bolts) to a day bed to a full size bed (includes a footboard and headboard – side rails sold separately).

Note that there is not a dropside that moves up and down, but not to worry because this crib was designed so that you can easily pick-up your bundle of joy without having to adjust the dropside and it meets all safety standards. The mattress spring still adjusts to three different heights (as he/she grows, you lower the mattress spring so that he/she is still safe from climbing out).

NOTE: * The footboard of the crib is still at a height that will not allow for the infant to roll out. The top of the rail is 10.5" to the top of the mattress (with a thickness of 6 - 1/4").

5. What standards do Bonavita cribs meet?
- All of our cribs are JPMA certified And meet all CPSC and ASTM standards.

6. Are Bonavita products warranted?
-We have a 1-year limited warranty. We will replace any missing or broken part within that period for no charge.

7. Is the paint used on Bonavita products safe for exposure for children?
- The paint used on Bonavita products is safe, non-toxic and lead-free.

8. If there are items I like, but want them in another finish, other than what they are available in, or if I would like something unfinished, can I special order that from Bonavita?
- At this time, Bonavita furniture is not available for special orders.

9. Where can I find the bedding used on the Bonavita cribs?
Most of bedding used on the cribs is for display only and is not for resale.

10. What is the best way to clean my Bonavita furniture?
-The best way to clean your Bonavita furniture is to use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap (any soap that is recommended for wood products). Avoid excess moisture.
